The Friendship Behind the Vision

Dr. Clark and Dr. Foye’s journey began as classmates at Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where a shared passion for animal care blossomed into a lasting friendship. After graduating in 2009, they honed their skills in managing successful practices in North Carolina and Texas.

Their dream of working together finally came to fruition in June 2019, when they chose the vibrant city of Charleston to transform Simply Spay & Neuter into what is now Pleasant Pet Care. Driven by a shared vision of client education and superior care, they expanded into a full-service hospital, creating a place where pets receive the best possible care and pet parents feel informed and supported.
